Why this stack

The same photogrammetry pipeline we license to enterprise — flown for you.

PIX4D is the photogrammetry standard against which every other tool is measured. Emlid Reach is the RTK GNSS pole used by surveyors across Southeast Asia. Combined, they deliver a 1–3 cm orthomosaic, a checkpoint-validated DSM, a colourised point cloud and a textured 3D mesh — repeatable on every flight.

Easepect supplies the brands, runs the flights or trains your team, and signs off the final deliverable in partnership with a licensed surveyor when the project requires it.

The stack

Four building blocks.

01 Drone Mapping

PIX4Dmatic

Large-area photogrammetry.

Process tens of thousands of images with survey-grade accuracy. Designed for corridor, terrestrial and complex projects.

04 Drone Mapping

Emlid Reach RS3

Tilt-compensated RTK.

Multi-band base / rover with IMU tilt compensation. Drives the RTK ground-control points that make photogrammetry survey-grade.

Workflow

Six steps from brief to deliverable.

01

Plan

Mission design — target GSD, overlap (75% / 75% standard), altitude, GCP layout. Easepect specs the flight to the accuracy class up-front.

02

Permit

CAAS Activity Permit and airspace coordination near Changi / Seletar / Paya Lebar / Tengah. Easepect handles the regulatory paperwork.

03

Capture

Drone imagery + RTK ground control points captured against SiReNT corrections. Live QA on coverage during the flight.

04

Process

Photogrammetry in PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dmapper or PIX4Dcloud. Independent checkpoint validation against RTK measurements.

05

Vectorise

PIX4Dsurvey turns the point cloud into CAD-ready breaklines, kerbs, manhole rims, road furniture and feature attributes.

06

Deliver

Hand-delivered GeoTIFF / LAS / DWG / KMZ bundle plus a PIX4Dcloud share link for stakeholders.

Applications

Where drone mapping wins the job.

  • Construction progress monitoring and BIM-ready as-builts.
  • Civil corridor surveys for road, rail, MRT-extension, drainage.
  • Mining and quarry monthly volumetrics to design surface.
  • Highway, transmission and pipeline corridor mapping.
  • BTO, HDB and large-site urban renewal documentation.
  • Plantation inventory, canopy modelling, forest health.
  • Heritage and archaeology high-res 3D documentation.
  • Insurance / forensic post-incident damage assessment.
FAQ

Common questions.

How accurate is drone photogrammetry? +

With well-distributed RTK GCPs the absolute accuracy is typically 1–3 cm horizontal and 2–5 cm vertical against checkpoints. Without RTK GCPs you are limited to GNSS EXIF accuracy — typically 1–3 m. Easepect specs the GCP density and distribution to your accuracy class up-front.

How fast is turnaround? +

For most photogrammetry projects under 100 ha, deliverables ship in 3–5 working days from the flight date. 24-hour express is available where the schedule justifies it. LiDAR projects add 2–3 days for classification and DTM generation.

What output formats do you deliver? +

Orthomosaic in GeoTIFF / ECW / MrSID, DSM / DTM in GeoTIFF / ASCII grid, point cloud in LAS / LAZ / E57, mesh in OBJ / FBX / GLB, vectors in DWG / DXF / SHP / GeoPackage / KML, plus a PIX4Dcloud share link for stakeholder review.

Can you fly your own drone or use mine? +

Both. Easepect operates a fleet of DJI M300 / M350 RTK airframes with multispectral, thermal and LiDAR payloads. We also process customer-flown imagery — bring the cards, we ship the deliverable.

Do you handle CAAS permits? +

Yes — Easepect holds the CAAS Operator Permit and our pilots hold UAPL. We handle every per-flight Activity Permit on behalf of clients, including controlled-airspace and BVLOS operations.

What does it cost? +

A typical Singapore mapping flight up to 20 ha with full photogrammetry deliverables sits in the SGD low-four-figure range. Larger sites, BVLOS, multispectral / thermal payloads or LiDAR push pricing higher. Use the on-page mission builder for an instant indicative scope.
