Capture every defect once. Track every change forever.
Drone aerial + PIX4Dcatch terrestrial capture, fused into one geo-anchored 3D model. Repeatable change detection that catches crack growth, corrosion progress and asset deterioration.
GSD on inspected surfaces
RTK GCPs for change detection
Framence twin for audit trail
Defects exportable to your EAM
A complete digital evidence base. Every. Single. Inspection.
Traditional inspection ends with a PDF and a folder of photos. Easepect's workflow ends with a 3D digital twin — every defect geo-tagged, every measurement on the model, every visit a layered record. The next engineer to assess the asset starts from your last visit, not from scratch.
What we inspect.
Bridges & viaducts
Underside, deck and pier inspection with drone + terrestrial PIX4Dcatch combined.
Façades
Glass / cladding / brick condition surveys for high-rise commercial and residential.
Storage tanks
External shell, roof, anchor-bolt and bund-wall inspection.
Ports & wharves
Quay-wall, fender, dolphin and crane inspection — including underwater drone interface.
Industrial plants
Petrochemical, pharma, semiconductor — pipework, exchangers, columns.
Power assets
Substations, transformers, transmission towers, solar PV thermal.
What you receive.
- Annotated 3D defect map — every crack, spall, corrosion patch geo-tagged.
- Severity-graded defect register exported to your CMMS / EAM.
- Repeat-visit change detection with timestamped before / after.
- Volumetric and dimensional measurements directly from the model.
- Photo-real digital twin published to a stakeholder share link.
- PDF / DOCX inspection report with photos and CAD overlay.
What we typically deploy.
PIX4Dcatch + PIX4Dmatic
Terrestrial + aerial capture stitched into a single photogrammetry project.
Framence Digital Twin
Photoreal twin of the asset for non-physical inspection and audit trail.
PIX4Dsurvey
Vectorise cracks, defects and rebar exposure into CAD-ready features.
Emlid Reach RX / RS3
RTK GCPs for absolute positioning and change detection between visits.
Global Mapper Pro
Volumetric and corridor analysis on the captured point cloud.
Common questions.
How accurate is drone-based inspection? +
Sub-cm GSD on the surface is achievable with the right altitude and overlap. RTK GCPs anchor successive captures so you can detect millimetre-scale change between inspections — perfect for crack-growth monitoring on bridges and tank shells.
Can you inspect confined spaces or interiors? +
Yes. PIX4Dcatch on an iPhone / iPad Pro handles interior scanning down to single-room scale. We pair this with structured-light scanners or terrestrial laser scanners where millimetre absolute accuracy is required.
Do you provide the engineering judgement? +
Easepect captures and processes the data; we partner with licensed structural / civil / mechanical engineers for engineering interpretation and sign-off. The deliverable is the digital evidence base; the engineer signs the assessment.
How long is a typical inspection? +
A single bridge span: 2–4 hours capture, 1 day processing, 1–2 days reporting. A storage-tank farm: 1–2 days capture, 3–5 days end-to-end. We quote a fixed fee based on the asset count and scope.
